When you purchase a "Pre-Ordered" item this means the item is not in stock in our warehouse; we are still waiting for it to arrive from the manufacturer.

The month listed as the shipping month is the most current information we have. For example, an item marked "Pre-Order Jan 2021" means the item has not arrived yet but we expect it to arrive sometime in January 2021.

All release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer.  We do not make the toys we sell. The shipping dates listed on our site are based on the latest information that we receive directly from the manufacturers.

Sometimes we may limit/adjust quantities on "Hot Items" to give as many customers as possible the opportunity to purchase popular items.
